This is the Dems leader? This is going to be easier than ever!

Democratic National Committee Chairman Howard Dean said Sunday that Democrats who took money from Indian tribes represented by Jack Abramoff and who did something on behalf of those tribes have "a big problem."

Dean made the statement apparently unaware that Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid has reportedly done exactly that.

Under questioning by "Fox News Sunday's" Chris Wallace, Dean claimed that Democrats did no favors for Abramoff's Indian tribe clients:

"Nobody got anything out of the Democrats from Jack Abramoff," the top Democrat insisted. "No Democrat delivered anything and there's no accusation and no investigation that any Democrat ever delivered anything to Jack Abramoff. And that's not true of the Republicans."

Yeah, that election went well for you.
I just bet you're laughing.
But I also bet you'll find things won't be as bad as you fear.

Dean looks pretty smart with his 50-state strategy, no?
And I wouldn't strike out at Reid; we could get Hillary as Leader then.
NOt a shot...your boy Gore will see that does not happen.
Just a side note...He is my cousin. No kidding. I know that blows your mind.
No kidding. Well, he's a smart dude, in spite of his failings. And I suspect a good man too. It's a shame there's so much discontent when really we all love America.
They all mean well the first time they get elected...then the money pours under the table and we all suffer.
We are weak vessels.
I only hope the internet brings good to the process; things like transparency because so many have access now, and involvement of the masses in spite of the tilting toward the wealthy. It could happen. The mere fact of so many with their eyes on things must help.
Don't fail to point out corruption on the Dems side, but it'd be nice if you kept it to real vices, and not make-believe.
There'll be enough real stuff, no doubt.
